- Words and Pictures considers the following as creative and marketing services — marketing services exclude all other services and costs, including but not limited to advertising fees, digital and web registration fees, photoshoots and stock photography purchasing costs, legal fees, etc.

– Website Programming - Employees, vendors, contractors, creditors, shareholders, or entities related to Words and Pictures are ineligible and will not be considered.
- Eligibility and application selection criteria are at the sole discretion of Words and Pictures.
- Applications must be submitted online prior to the deadline. Applications will not be accepted past the deadline on June 19th, 2020.
- All information submitted to Words and Pictures is provided voluntarily by the applicant. Upon submission, an applicant consents to Words and Pictures collecting all information submitted.
- Applicants are permitted to ask Words and Pictures to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Words and Pictures will execute a non-disclosure agreement satisfactory in form and content at its sole discretion.
- Marketing services will be available for redemption for six months after the date of application approval and cannot be carried over or redeemed for future use. Unused creative and marketing services are non-redeemable.
- Applications will be accepted between May 29th, 2020 – June 19th, 2020. Only applications submitted via the Words and Pictures website will only be considered.
- One business will be selected from the applicants whose primary operations are established in Bergen County, NJ. Applicants from outside the Bergen County, NJ area are ineligible and will not be considered.
- The accepted applicant will be required to accept within two business days of notification. If in the event that the applicant does not accept, a new winner will be selected.
- Words and Pictures reserves the right to ask for identification to verify your business application.
- Words and Pictures may use the winning applicant’s name and likeness in promotional materials including the Words and Pictures website, social media platforms, and television, radio, print, and online media. Upon application submission, the applicant grants Words and Pictures an unconditional license to do so.
- The Words and Pictures Promotion application process is solely sponsored by Words and Pictures, with no association with any outside media source. All questions and comments should be emailed to us at info@wordsandpictures.net.
- If, for any reason, the application process is not capable of proceeding as planned, Words and Pictures reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the process. Except as expressly warranted herein, the Creative and Marketing services are provided to the successful applicants without further warranty of any kind. In no event shall Words and Pictures be responsible for any incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages.
